To apply for Aptalis Grant support:
- Read about Our Focus to determine if your organization or project is aligned with our giving guidelines. If not, you may still apply but your request will receive lower priority.
- Review What We Do Not Support. If you see that your request falls under one of these headings, it is unlikely that your request will be approved.
- For medical education grant, please click on the link below and submit a written request on your organization’s letterhead. The request must explain the intended use of the funds or the activity for which the organization seeks Aptalis’s support. It should include the following information:
- Name and mission of the organization requesting the funds
- Description of the use of the funds (budget)
- Date/Location of the program
- Tax ID Number
- Copy of W9 (if applicable)
- Statement certifying that the request is for an education grant or fellowship (as applicable)
- Agenda
- Target audience
- Identification of CME provider, if any
- Identification of third-party logistics or educational providers who will be involved in the delivery of the program
Your request will be reviewed and a complete application package/form will be sent to you should Aptalis decide to process it. - For Research grant requests please click on the appropriate link below and fill out the provided form.
Application Deadline
Requests for grants are reviewed on an ongoing basis. To allow time for processing, grant requests should be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the activity for which funding is sought.
Requests will not be accepted if submitted less than 8 weeks before the activity start date.
